Four Sessions Under the Theme "With YOU, Healing YOU"
Support for Responding to Violations of Teachers' Rights and Psychological Recovery
The Gwangju Office of Education will hold a talk concert to protect teachers' educational activities and support their emotional recovery.
On May 15, the Office of Education announced that it will host the "2025 Talk Concert for the Protection of Educational Activities" a total of four times from May 20 to May 29. The venue will be the Gwangju Office of Education Training Institute.

Held under the theme "With YOU, Healing YOU," this event is aimed at teachers from kindergartens, elementary, middle, high, and special schools. Its goals are to provide education on preventing violations of educational activities and to support psychological recovery.
The topics for each session are as follows: ▲May 20: "What Should I Do When Educational Activities Are Violated?" ▲May 22: "Strengthening Teachers' Power I - Elementary School Teachers' Mindset" ▲May 27: "Teachers' Mental Health: 'In Need of Comfort'" ▲May 29: "Strengthening Teachers' Power II - Secondary School Teachers' Mindset."
The first session will be led by attorney Lee Nayoun from Gonggan Law Firm, who will explain how to respond to and prevent cases of violations of educational activities. The second and fourth sessions will feature current teachers as lecturers, sharing their experiences in building relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. The third session will be conducted by psychiatrist Moon Yohahn, focusing on recovery from psychological burnout and healing strategies for teachers.
