Creating a School Culture of Communication and Respect Between Teachers and Students
On May 15, the Nonsan-Gyeryong Office of Education in South Chungcheong Province held a 'Teacher-Student Together Morning Greeting' event at Ganggyeong High School, the birthplace of Teachers' Day, to mark the 44th Teachers' Day.
Under the slogan "A Morning Walk to School Filled with Gratitude and Shared Smiles," the event was organized to foster a school culture where teachers and students communicate and respect each other.
During the event, staff from the Nonsan-Gyeryong Office of Education and faculty members of Ganggyeong High School greeted students arriving at the school gate with warm smiles and greetings.
Students expressed their gratitude by handing carnations, prepared by the student council, to their teachers.
Yoon Minsik, president of the Ganggyeong High School student council, said, "It was very meaningful to start the day with a smile alongside our teachers on Teachers' Day. I will do my best to help create a happy school culture together with our teachers."
The Nonsan-Gyeryong Office of Education stated that it will continue its efforts to establish an educational culture where teachers and students grow and communicate together.
