Executives and Experts to Share Insights on AI, Career Transitions, and Emotional Recovery

The Korean Standards Association announced on May 15 that it will hold the '71st KSA Summer CEO Forum' at Lotte Hotel Jeju for four days and three nights this July.


The forum, scheduled for July 23 to 26, will be held under the theme 'The Future Opened by AI: The Power to Turn Crisis into Opportunity.' The event aims to explore the direction that companies and organizations should pursue amid the rapid changes in economic and industrial structures brought about by the swift advancement of artificial intelligence.

The keynote speech will be delivered by Yeom Jaeho, Vice Chairperson of the National Artificial Intelligence Committee. Yeom will interpret AI not merely as a technology but as the central axis of strategic transformation, and will present guidance on leadership in response to change. The closing lecture will be given by Jang Daeik, evolutionary biologist and cognitive scientist and distinguished professor at Gachon University, who plans to deliver a message re-examining the values of humanity and community in the era of technological advancement.


In addition, top-level experts from various fields such as industry, society, and education will take the stage. Kim Sangkyun, professor at Kyung Hee University; Ha Jungwoo, head of the Naver Cloud AI Innovation Center; Jeon Youngsoo, professor at Hanyang University; Song Kilyoung, author; and Park Sangjun, science fiction critic, are expected to provide multifaceted insights on AI from their respective perspectives.


Alongside AI-centered discussions, special sessions will also be held on career transitions and emotional recovery. Lois Kim, former Director of Global Communications at Google, and Kim Sunhyun, art therapy expert and professor, will participate as speakers.


The long-standing KSA Summer CEO Forum, now in its 71st edition, has established itself as a premier networking platform for executives, connecting policy and management while keeping pace with the times alongside key domestic and international figures each year. Moon Dongmin, Chairperson of the Association, stated, "We will provide executives with practical insights and opportunities for meaningful connections so that they can remain steadfast amid the waves of AI transformation," adding, "I hope this forum will offer executives not just information, but also direction and inspiration."
