Son Heungmin (33, Tottenham Hotspur), captain of the national football team, has filed a complaint with the police, stating that a woman demanded money from him by claiming she was pregnant.

The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced on the 14th that it had received Son's complaint on the 7th and is currently investigating a woman in her 20s and a man in his 40s on charges of blackmail.
It has been reported that Son stated the two attempted to extort several hundred million won from him last June by falsely claiming that the woman was pregnant with his child.
The police are currently working to determine the exact circumstances of the case by questioning those involved.
