Jeil Construction Co., Ltd.'s "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky," located in the Yangju Station development district in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, has attracted attention after achieving an early sell-out. The complex quickly sold out by leveraging its prime location near Yangju Station and offering reasonable contract terms that reduced the burden on buyers.
Jeil Construction's "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky" held its official contract period for three days from Wednesday, May 7 to Friday, May 9, 2025. All units were sold through contracts with preliminary winners and first-come, first-served contracts held over the weekend. The sell-out was completed just five days after the start of official contracts.
A sales representative stated, "Despite the challenging market conditions in Yangju, we not only achieved strong subscription results, but also saw a steady stream of both successful and unsuccessful applicants visiting the model home until recently. After the contracts began, the enthusiasm grew even stronger, leading to an early sell-out." The representative added, "The prime location near the station, high satisfaction with the design for actual use, and competitive pricing were decisive factors in this success."
"Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky" by Jeil Construction is a luxury residential-commercial complex with three basement levels and 40 above-ground floors, offering exclusive areas of 70, 84, and 101 square meters, and a total of 702 units. It boasts a prime location approximately a four-minute walk from Yangju Station on the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1. The area is also expected to benefit from several major transportation developments, including the planned opening of the GTX-C line at Uijeongbu Station, the planned Yangju Station transfer center, and the proposed Seoul-Yangju Expressway.
The complex features a high-rise specialized design with full glass balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows on the exterior. Each unit includes an entrance pantry and basement storage, and some units offer views of the Jungnangcheon Stream, enhancing residential satisfaction. Community amenities such as an indoor golf practice range, fitness center, and edu-station are also planned.
Reasonable pricing and contract terms also played a significant role. The sale price for the 84-square-meter units ranged from 517 million to 550 million won, while the 70-square-meter units were priced between 439 million and 466 million won, similar to nearby complexes that sold out early last year. The down payment was set at 5% of the total sale price (with a fixed first installment of 5 million won), and the entire 60% interim payment is offered interest-free.
In particular, the resale restriction period is only six months, allowing for resale before the interim payment loan, which satisfies both end-users and investors.
Meanwhile, move-in for "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky" by Jeil Construction is scheduled for January 2029.
