Non-priority Subscription Applications for "Doosan We’ve the Zenith Pyeongnae Hopyeong Station N49" Open from May 13

Doosan Engineering & Construction will open non-priority subscription applications for "Doosan We’ve the Zenith Pyeongnae Hopyeong Station N49," located in Pyeongnae-dong, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, from May 13 to May 14. This non-priority subscription opportunity is the last one available before the government's revision of the subscription system, drawing significant attention from both end-users and investors.


Currently, the government is pursuing a comprehensive overhaul of the housing subscription system. Non-priority subscriptions are also included in the scope of the reform, and in the future, opportunities will be mainly limited to those without existing homes. According to the proposed changes, eligibility requirements for non-priority subscriptions will be strengthened, making it difficult for anyone to participate regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account or own a home, as is currently possible.


Under these circumstances, the non-priority subscription for "Doosan We’ve the Zenith Pyeongnae Hopyeong Station N49" is drawing attention as the last opportunity before the subscription system reform, since any adult can apply regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account or own a home.

"Doosan We’ve the Zenith Pyeongnae Hopyeong Station N49" will be developed in Pyeongnae-dong, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, with three buildings ranging from five basement levels to a maximum of 49 above-ground floors, comprising 548 apartment units with exclusive areas of 74 to 173m², as well as commercial facilities.


Non-priority subscription applications can be submitted online via the Doosan We’ve the Zenith Pyeongnae Hopyeong Station N49 website from 10:00 a.m. on May 13 to 5:00 p.m. on May 14. The winners will be announced on May 15, and contracts will be signed on May 17.


The model home for the complex is located in the Gyomun Sageori area of Guri, Gyeonggi Province, and move-in is scheduled for May 2029.
