Singer G-Dragon kicked off his world tour for the first time in about eight years, selling out every seat at his concert at Tokyo Dome in Japan.

On May 10 and 11, G-Dragon held the "G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Ubermensch]" at Tokyo Dome in Japan, drawing approximately 80,000 fans over two days. This concert marks his first solo world tour in about eight years since "Act III, M.O.T.T.E" in 2017.

"Ubermensch" is a concept from German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, and this concert was structured as a three-act narrative themed around the transformation into a superhuman. The stage incorporated elements such as live band performances and technology, including artificial intelligence (AI).

The setlist included "Today" (Feat. Kim Jongwan of Nell) released in 2012, "Station of a Year" from 2009, the recently released new song "PO₩ER," and BIGBANG's "HOME SWEET HOME," which was recently transmitted into space. Some performances featured stage props such as a dragon-shaped bike and large vehicle-like structures.

During the concert, G-Dragon communicated with fans in Japanese and described the event as his "comeback after 88 months," adding, "Let's meet more often from now on." He also expressed his affection for his fellow BIGBANG members by mentioning the Japanese concerts of Taeyang and Daesung.

Starting with this Tokyo concert, the world tour will continue in eight Asian cities, including Bulacan in the Philippines on May 17, as well as Osaka, Macau, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Hong Kong.
