Roundtable on Medical Issues at Daegu Medical Association Hall
On the second day of the official campaign for the 6·3 presidential election, May 13, Lee Junseok, the presidential candidate of the Reform New Party, continues his campaign tour in the Daegu and North Gyeongsang (TK) region.
In the morning, Lee will hold a picket campaign targeting commuters at Jukjeon Intersection in Daegu. Afterwards, he will visit the campus cafeteria at Kyungpook National University to have a meal with students. During this visit, he plans to listen to the students' concerns and work to secure support from young voters.
Previously, Lee announced one of his top ten pledges as a financial support policy for young people. The policy would provide a loan product for those aged 19 to 34, allowing them to borrow up to 5 million won per quarter, with a total maximum of 50 million won, at a fixed annual interest rate of 1.7%, without restrictions on usage.

At 7 p.m., during the evening rush hour, he plans to hold a major campaign rally at the 2·28 Memorial Central Park in Jung-gu, Daegu, together with Chun Haram, the standing election committee chair.
On the previous day, at Cheonggye Square in Gwanghwamun, marking the first day of the official campaign, Lee stated, "Lee Jaemyung, the candidate of the Democratic Party, whom we are up against, is trying to steer Korea in a completely wrong direction," and emphasized, "Now is the time to break the cycle of populism and build a sustainable Korea where our future generations can live with peace of mind."
