Damyang County in South Jeolla Province, led by County Governor Jung Chulwon, held the '2025 Integrity and Anti-Corruption Comprehensive Plan Sharing Meeting' on the 12th, attended by senior officials and department heads. The event served as an opportunity to strengthen interdepartmental communication and reaffirm the commitment to practicing integrity in administration.

As public expectations for fairness and ethics have recently increased, the importance of spreading a culture of integrity throughout the administration and building a trustworthy public service sector has grown significantly.

To establish fair administration trusted by residents, the county organized the sharing meeting to analyze last year's integrity level, share strategies and tasks for promoting integrity initiatives this year, and provide time for all departments to collaborate and communicate on ways to improve integrity.

The meeting focused on sincerely discussing ways to improve organizational culture and expand integrity, with participation from all departments including senior officials, in pursuit of 'Integrity Damyang.' The event was made even more meaningful as it was personally presided over by Governor Jung Chulwon.

Governor Jung and department heads also held placards with integrity slogans and conducted an 'integrity performance,' once again highlighting the importance of practicing integrity in everyday administration.

Governor Jung emphasized, "Integrity is the face of our county and the starting point of trust in administration," adding, "I hope today's event serves as an opportunity to create an organizational culture where public administration is fair and kind to residents, and respect and consideration thrive among colleagues."
