Gwangju Office of Education Launches "Gwangju Neulbom Genie" Chatbot for Neulbom School

The Gwangju Office of Education announced on May 12 that it will officially launch "Gwangju Neulbom Genie," an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered chatbot, in order to enhance understanding of the Neulbom School policy and provide prompt information.

"Gwangju Neulbom Genie" is an AI chatbot service available 24 hours a day, allowing users to easily access information on the operation methods, application procedures, and key terms related to Neulbom School. The service is available to anyone who needs information about Neulbom School, including students, parents, instructors, and administrative staff.

The Gwangju Office of Education expects that the introduction of this chatbot will reduce repetitive civil service inquiries and enable faster and more accurate information delivery. In addition, the office plans to continuously improve the chatbot’s features by reflecting user feedback and to expand the use of chatbots throughout the entire education office.

"Gwangju Neulbom Genie" can be accessed via the chatbot icon or QR code on the Gwangju Office of Education website or the Neulbom Support Center website.
