Dong-Eui University (President Han Suhwan) is operating the 'Google Certified Educator Training Program' for students and full-time faculty members of the College of Software Convergence.

A Google Certified Educator is a qualification that assesses the ability to utilize and apply various Google teaching tools through an official certification exam. It refers to an expert who possesses the capability to effectively apply the Google platform in educational settings.

The Center for Teaching and Learning Development at the Dong-Eui University Institute for Educational Innovation (Director Jung Jooyoung) held an orientation for the 'Google Certified Educator Training Program' on May 8, 2025, at the Seokdang Art Hall in the International Building. The center will conduct eight training sessions until June 26, covering basic usage of Google Workspace apps, digital classroom management, and other content necessary to obtain the Google Certified Educator qualification.

Jeon Kyunglan, Vice President for Academic Affairs at Dong-Eui University, stated, "Through this training program, we hope our students and faculty members will acquire the practical competencies required in the digital educational environment and lead the changes in future education." She also announced plans to expand the program to include general students during the vacation period.
