Full Interest-Free Benefit on Interim Payments for Uijeongbu Lotte Castle Narivek City
First-Come, First-Served Contracts Without Subscription Savings Required
Reduced Interest Burden and Free Entrance Hall Door Provided
Total of 671 Units with Extensive Community Facilities
Move-In Scheduled for the Second Half of 2027
On May 12, Lotte Construction announced that it will offer a full interest-free benefit on interim payments for some remaining units of "Uijeongbu Lotte Castle Narivek City," which is being developed in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province.
Currently, contracts for specific buildings and units are being signed on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone aged 19 or older can sign a contract without a subscription savings account.
The contract deposit is 5% of the sale price, with half of this amount eligible for an interest support benefit through loan arrangement. By adding a full interest-free benefit on the interim payment (which is 60% of the sale price), the interest burden has been significantly reduced. An entrance hall door is also provided free of charge.
The complex will consist of 671 units in total, spanning from four basement levels to 39 above-ground floors. It is located within the area served by the Hoja Station on the light rail, and is surrounded by well-established educational, administrative, and public institution infrastructure. Community facilities include an indoor golf range, a study room, a daycare center, and a senior club. Discounts at Lotte Group affiliates will also be offered to residents.
The model home is located near the project site in Geumo-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province. Move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2027.
