Wearable robotics company Angel Robotics (CEO Cho Nammin) announced on May 12 that it has signed a collaborative development agreement with LIG Nex1 (CEO Shin Ikhyun) to jointly develop wearable robotics technology for defense applications.
The two companies plan to establish a close cooperative framework with the goals of jointly researching and developing wearable robotics technology, verifying its feasibility for practical application, and securing technological capabilities to respond to future defense operational environments.
Cho Nammin, CEO of Angel Robotics, stated, "This collaboration marks a meaningful turning point as Angel Robotics expands its technological capabilities beyond the private sector into the defense field," and emphasized, "Through innovations that surpass the technical limitations of wearable robotics, we will contribute to strengthening national defense capabilities."
