XR Fandom Platform 'XROMEDA' Offers Support
Immersive Technology Infrastructure for GMAFF Submission and Exhibition
Olymp Planet, an extended reality (XR) technology company, announced on May 12 that it will support the upload and exhibition of works to be submitted to the 'Global Metaverse AI Film Festival (GMAFF)' through its XR fandom platform, XROMEDA.
GMAFF 2025 is a film festival that invites creative content combining artificial intelligence (AI) and metaverse technologies. The submission period runs from May 12 to June 8. All submitted works will be available in the 'GMAFF Exclusive XR Theater' within the XROMEDA platform.
To register a work, participants must sign up for XROMEDA, create a personal channel, activate the 'GMAFF Submission' option, and upload their content, which will be automatically submitted. Finally, participants need to enter their information and scenario details via Google Forms. Every entrant will be given a personal 'My XR Theater' channel on XROMEDA, and various benefits are prepared for award winners.
An Hojun, Vice President of Olymp Planet, stated, "As the technology partner for GMAFF 2025, Olymp Planet plans to actively provide infrastructure to promote the creation of AI-based immersive content and to lead the era of 'XR content popularization.'
