Gwangju Urban Corporation (President Kim Seungnam) announced on the 11th that, in celebration of Family Month, it extended words of encouragement and presented commemorative gifts to 20 employees on the 8th.
This event was held for employees with children entering elementary school, children who have turned 19 years old, and parents aged 80 and above. Employees who participated in the event took this meaningful opportunity during Family Month to reflect once again on the importance of family. The commemorative gifts distributed on this day were prepared to recognize the employees' hard work and to convey warm sentiments for their families.
President Kim Seungnam stated, "I hope this gesture of encouragement will be a small contribution to a warm Family Month," and added, "We will continue to create a family-friendly work environment through various policies and programs that support work-life balance."
Meanwhile, in addition to the Family Month event, the corporation plans to hold activities such as the "Special Anniversary Cared for by the CEO" and the "Citizen-Participatory Regional Youth Career Dream Concert" as part of its work-life balance policies for executives and employees.
