27-inch 'Odyssey OLED G6' New Model
Packed with Premium Features Tailored for Gaming
On May 11, Samsung Electronics announced the launch of the new 'Odyssey OLED G6', the world's first OLED gaming monitor equipped with an ultra-high 500Hz refresh rate.
The new product offers a response time of up to 0.03ms (GTG standard), supporting smooth and immersive gameplay even in fast-paced, high-performance gaming environments.

Featuring a 27-inch Quantum Dot (QD)-OLED panel, the monitor boasts a peak brightness of 1,000 nits, QHD (high-resolution display, 2560x1440), and HDR10+ picture quality technology. It is also equipped with 'OLED Glare Free' to reduce light reflection and 'OLED Safeguard+' technology to prevent burn-in (image retention).
This product supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-Sync compatibility, reducing screen tearing during high-spec gaming for a seamless gaming experience. Additionally, it is the first gaming monitor to receive both Pantone Color and Pantone Skintone certifications for accurate color reproduction.
Beyond image quality and gaming performance, the monitor offers various user-friendly features. It comes with a stand that supports HAS (height adjustment), tilt (vertical angle adjustment), pivot (horizontal/vertical rotation), and swivel (left/right rotation) functions, as well as FreeSync Premium, two HDMI 2.1 ports, and one DisplayPort 1.4.
According to IDC, since launching its first OLED monitor in 2022, Samsung Electronics has solidified its market leadership by ranking first in the global OLED monitor market for two consecutive years. In the global gaming monitor market, Samsung has maintained the top position for six consecutive years since first reaching number one in 2019.
Samsung Electronics plans to begin the global rollout of the new Odyssey OLED G6 model on May 12, starting with Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand.
