Establishing a Cooperative System with Local Hub Hospitals
Strengthening Specialized Medical Services
DK Asia (CEO Joe Jaeman) announced that it is strengthening medical services for residents by signing a series of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with leading general hospitals in Seo-gu, Incheon.
Starting with a partnership in early April with International St. Mary's Hospital, affiliated with the Catholic Kwandong University College of Medicine (Director Ko Donghyun), DK Asia has recently signed business agreements with Onnuri Hospital (Director Cho Youngdo) and Geomdan Top Hospital (Director Lee Junseop), establishing a cooperative system with a total of three local hub hospitals.
DK Asia signed a business agreement with three local hub hospitals for the residents of Royal Park City / International St. Mary's Hospital (left), Onnuri Hospital (top right), Geomdan Top Hospital (bottom right)
The purpose of these agreements is to provide Royal Park City residents with improved access to healthcare and practical convenience in medical treatment, as well as to contribute to the advancement of the local medical culture. Through these agreements, residents can enjoy a variety of medical benefits, including direct services for prompt medical guidance and appointment scheduling, as well as access to health information.
Each of the partner hospitals offers its own distinct competitive advantages. International St. Mary's Hospital is the university hospital closest to Incheon International Airport and is recognized as a leading general medical institution in Incheon, equipped with a 24-hour emergency care system.
Onnuri Hospital serves as a community hub, providing comprehensive medical services to residents of the Geomdan area, while Geomdan Top Hospital, the largest general hospital in the region, is equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment and facilities, offering prompt and accurate medical care.
Meanwhile, 'Royal Park City' is a Korean-style fifth-generation high-end resort city brand being developed by DK Asia, combining urban and resort concepts for the first time in Korea. In particular, the new Geomdan Royal Park City is the largest private urban development project in Korea, spanning 1,234,000 pyeong and comprising 36,500 households. Currently, a total of 6,305 households have moved into New Geomdan Royal Park City I (4,805 households) and New Geomdan Royal Park City II (1,500 households).
Among these, New Geomdan Royal Park City II has attracted attention as Incheon's first 'pre-construction, post-sale brand mega-complex,' as it was developed by building urban infrastructure such as parks and sports facilities in advance before selling the units, a first in Korea.
Joe Jaeman, CEO of DK Asia, stated, "With these agreements, we have established a foundation that allows not only the 30s and 40s generation raising children, but also the 40s, 50s, and 60s signature generation who value a stable life, to enjoy high-quality medical services with peace of mind." He added, "New Geomdan Royal Park City II will create a new residential culture where living in Royal Park City itself becomes a source of pride, thanks to landscaping and community facilities that surpass those in Gangnam, inter-building distances of up to 97 meters, and direct medical services in partnership with general hospitals."
