Coach announced that it won first place in the women's bag category at the '2025 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards' held on Thursday, May 8. This award recognizes the brand's vision, which is based on emotional and cultural resonance with the Generation Z demographic.
Since 2021, Coach has been strengthening its position as a global fashion brand with its brand message, 'Courage To Be Real.' Its signature products include the 'Tabby Collection,' which reinterprets the designs of the 1970s in a modern way, the 'Brooklyn Shoulder Bag,' and a variety of 'Charm Collections' that emphasize individuality. These products are designed to reflect the tastes and styles of Generation Z.
Coach Korea representative Hyejung Noh stated, "This award is a very meaningful moment in Coach's journey," and added, "We will continue to offer differentiated brand experiences that resonate with Generation Z, focusing on authenticity, confidence, and courageous self-expression, in order to keep pace with rapidly changing trends."
Meanwhile, the '2025 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards' ceremony was held on Thursday, May 8, at the Grand Ballroom of Conrad Seoul Hotel in Yeouido. The event was co-hosted by the Korea Consumer Forum and Brand Keys, a leading brand evaluation agency in the United States.
