At these sites, the Office of Education checked graduates' job satisfaction and discussed ways to expand high school graduate recruitment and establish practical cooperation with the companies.

KEPCO KPS operates the on-site experience program "Faraday School" and provides scholarships to outstanding students, while KISA is preparing various support measures such as recruitment briefings, mentoring, and short-term internships in response to the growing demand in the security sector.

During the company visit period, which continues through the end of this month, the Office of Education plans to address the mismatch between high school graduate talent and companies, listen to corporate concerns, and promote employment support programs for vocational high schools.

Superintendent Lee Jeongseon stated, "As a result of strengthening communication with the field, last year's employment rate for vocational high schools recorded the largest increase, and there has not been a single workplace accident during field training in the past five years. We will continue to cooperate with companies so that graduates can settle into society stably."
