This agreement is expected to serve as a meaningful milestone in securing autonomous financial resources for regional development and contributing to the welfare of residents through public-private cooperation.

Wello Co., Ltd., which signed the agreement with Seogu District, is an AI-based customized public policy recommendation platform company with approximately 400,000 members. The company plans to officially launch a dedicated mobile service next month, allowing donors to easily participate in the Hometown Love Donation Program using their smartphones.

Through this agreement, the two organizations will jointly promote: ▲ support services to increase donor convenience and participation rates ▲ promotion of local specialty products and various donation benefits provided as return gifts ▲ production of story videos highlighting Seogu’s local identity and narratives.

District Mayor Kim Ikang stated, "This agreement marks a meaningful first step for Seogu and Wello Co., Ltd. as we open the future of the Hometown Love Donation Program together," and added, "Going forward, we will actively collaborate with the private sector to widely promote Seogu’s appeal and value, and inject new vitality into the Hometown Love Donation Program."

Meanwhile, the Hometown Love Donation Program was introduced to foster a sound culture of giving to one’s hometown and contribute to balanced regional development. Seogu District plans to use the collected donations to focus on support projects for socially vulnerable groups, such as the 'Cheonwon Guksi' and 'Cheonwon Taxi' programs, as well as meaningful policy initiatives aimed at realizing 'Good City Seogu.'
