Installation of Air Conditioners and Replacement of Windows and Doors in Security Guard Offices
Improving Working Conditions to Enhance Job Satisfaction for Security Guards
Busan Urban Corporation (BMC, President Shin Changho) is promoting a project to improve the working environment of security guard offices in permanent rental apartment complexes managed by the corporation.
This project is being carried out as part of efforts to improve the working conditions for security guards, in response to the aging of facilities in the security guard offices of each building in the permanent rental apartments. The main improvements will include the installation of air conditioners, wall painting, replacement of windows and doors, and upgrades to lighting and sanitary fixtures. The project will be implemented by reflecting the opinions of security guards who are actually working on site.
Through this project, BMC expects to address poor working conditions caused by the aging of security guard office facilities and the lack of air conditioning during the summer, and to increase job satisfaction among security guards.
Shin Changho, President of Busan Urban Corporation, stated, "The project to improve the working environment, including the installation of air conditioners in security guard offices, will help to substantially enhance job satisfaction for security guards." He added, "BMC will do its utmost to create a pleasant working environment by actively listening to the opinions of employees."
