Tae Young Construction and Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation (GH) are launching the public sale of the price-capped apartment complex "Dongtan Kkumui Sup Jayeon & Daesiyang," a project supplied through a public-private partnership. The model home opens today, marking the official start of sales.
Dongtan Kkumui Sup Jayeon & Daesiyang is located in Block A78 of Dongtan 2 New Town and will consist of 12 buildings, ranging from four underground floors to a maximum of 20 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,170 units sized at 74 and 84 square meters of exclusive area. The breakdown by type is as follows: 234 units of 74㎡A, 160 units of 74㎡B, 354 units of 84㎡A, 120 units of 84㎡A1, 208 units of 84㎡B, 20 units of 84㎡C, and 74 units of 84㎡D.
The application schedule begins with special supply on the 19th, followed by first-priority applications on the 20th and second-priority applications on the 21st. Winners will be announced on the 29th, and official contracts will be signed over nine days from July 19 to July 27.
To be eligible to apply, applicants must reside in the Seoul metropolitan area and be members of a housing subscription savings account without owning a home. Both special supply and first-priority applications are available to such applicants. However, they must not be subject to subscription restrictions (such as re-winning restrictions), and must also meet the required subscription savings account membership and payment period, as well as income and asset criteria, according to the type of supply.
Dongtan Kkumui Sup Jayeon & Daesiyang offers excellent residential conditions, equipped with a full range of infrastructure necessary for daily life. Right in front of the complex are Sejeong Elementary and Middle Schools, as well as a planned high school site, providing a one-stop educational environment. Residents can also walk to Dongtan Lake Park, a landmark of Dongtan 2 New Town. The complex is surrounded by Songbangcheon Park and Hwaseongsan Dulle-gil, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable living environment.

An Edu Center will also be established to enhance children's educational environment and study atmosphere, with plans for after-school classrooms, reading rooms, indoor playgrounds, and kids' cafes.
At the center of the complex, a 3,200-square-meter central park called Green Plaza will be created, offering lush greenery and refreshing water features. Other themed gardens, such as Chagyeong Forest, Organic Garden, and Atriangs Garden, as well as a variety of themed playgrounds including Forest Playground, Adventure Playground, Sprout Playground, and Art Playground, will also be introduced.
According to a representative of A Realty Agency, "We are seeing a repeat of the trend where residents from Dongtan 1 New Town, which marked its 10th anniversary at the time, moved in during the initial occupancy of Dongtan 2 New Town. Especially considering the timing of this sale, the gap in apartment design and residential trends has widened to over 12 to 13 years, and there is a significant demand to enjoy the latest designs and residential environments that have rapidly advanced during that period."
