Samsung Electronics announced on May 9 that its all-in-one washer-dryer 'Bespoke AI Combo' and 'Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) TV' have been selected for the top innovation award by Australia's leading consumer research agency, 'Canstar Blue'.
Canstar Blue annually selects and announces the most innovative products and services with the highest consumer satisfaction and trust among more than 1,800 brands and over 300 categories. Among these, the 'Top Innovation Award' is given to the most outstanding brand by evaluating products or services released within the past year based on criteria that impact consumers, such as ▲innovativeness, ▲ease of use, ▲accessibility, and ▲price.
Canstar Blue praised the Bespoke AI Combo, stating, "It stands out for its time savings and energy efficiency compared to other products," and added, "It provides a practical solution for consumers who want excellent washing performance while using space efficiently."
Regarding the OLED TV, Canstar Blue noted, "With glare-free technology, the TV can be used in a wider variety of bright environments," and emphasized, "It minimizes screen reflection while maintaining brightness and detail, which is especially important in Australia where homes are very bright."
Meanwhile, the Bespoke AI Combo was launched in South Korea and North America in the first half of last year and is now being sold in key countries across Central and South America, Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. In South Korea, it has achieved cumulative sales of 100,000 units within one year of its launch, with an average of more than 230 units sold per day, marking strong market success.
