On May 8, Spear announced that it had signed special alloy supply contracts worth a total of approximately 11.9 billion KRW through three orders from a U.S.-based global aerospace launch company.
According to an electronic disclosure on May 7, Spear entered into a supply contract worth 9,790,050,000 KRW with the company. This amount is equivalent to 382.76% of its recent sales revenue. The contract period is from May 2, 2025, to November 21, 2025.
Additionally, Spear consecutively signed supply contracts worth 1,476,841,500 KRW and 618,675,302 KRW. The contract periods are from May 7, 2025, to April 2, 2026, and from May 4, 2025, to August 25, 2025, respectively. Information about the contracting parties has not been disclosed at their request to protect business confidentiality.
Spear's cumulative order volume for this year amounts to approximately 39 billion KRW, which is about 1,523% of its recent sales revenue.
