The "2025 On-the-Job Professionals Career Talk Concert," jointly hosted by five universities in the Busan area, will be held on May 13 at the KT&G Sangsangmadang Busan Live Hall.
This event is organized by the Busan Regional Employment and Labor Office of the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Dong-A University Career Plus Center, with the goal of enhancing the employment competitiveness of local youth.
The concert, which will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on that day, will feature professionals from nine companies, including Busan Transportation Corporation, BNK System, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Samsung Heavy Industries, Changshin INC, Hanwha Aerospace, Hyundai ENT, Hyundai Motor Company, and Hyosung Electric. They will share their job experiences and employment know-how. There will also be real-time communication with young participants through a Q&A session.
Additionally, a briefing session on youth employment policies will be held, providing information on various government-supported programs such as the Career Plus Center Project, the National Employment Support Program, the Youth Future Tomorrow Work Experience Project, and the Tomorrow Learning Card.
A total of 180 job seekers, selected on a first-come, first-served basis from each university, are expected to participate in this event. Applications are open not only to current students and students on leave of absence, but also to unemployed graduates and any local youth.
A representative from the Dong-A University Career Plus Center said, "We expect that, through the opportunity to communicate directly with professionals who are actively working in the field, young people will be able to set their career paths and employment directions more concretely."
