Average Pass Rate of 75.4%... Oldest Successful Candidate Aged 77
In the first qualification exam of the year administered by the Chungnam Provincial Office of Education, 940 individuals passed, resulting in a pass rate of 75.4%.
Out of a total of 1,399 applicants for this year's first qualification exam, 1,246 took the test and 940 passed.
By exam category, the pass rates were 95.08% for the elementary level, 80.79% for the middle school level, and 73.12% for the high school level.
The oldest successful candidates were Mr. Kim, aged 66, for the elementary level; Mr. Cho, aged 69, for the middle school level; and Mr. Kim, aged 77, for the high school level, each celebrating the achievement of lifelong learning.
Notably, two candidates at the elementary level and five at the high school level achieved perfect scores in all subjects, adding to the celebration.
The list of successful candidates can be found in the announcement section of the Chungnam Provincial Office of Education website. Individual scores can be checked from 10:00 a.m. on May 8 to 6:00 p.m. on May 23 through the qualification exam score notification website or the application website.
Certificates of passing, subject pass certificates, and transcripts can be issued starting May 8 at the administrative offices of elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide, as well as at the civil service offices of education offices and education support offices.
