This project aims to identify vacant houses that can be put on the market through a survey of vacant properties, and to facilitate transactions through the cooperation of licensed real estate agents. Eligible applicants are licensed real estate agents who have an office in Icheon as of the application date and have completed at least one transaction in Icheon within the past year. Selected agents will receive up to 2.5 million won per person as an activity allowance.

Interested applicants should complete the application form and pledge posted on the Icheon City Hall website and submit them to both Icheon City Hall and the management agency, Disco Co., Ltd.

Kim Kyunghee, Mayor of Icheon, said, "We hope this project will help resolve the issue of neglected vacant houses in rural areas and contribute to improving the local residential environment."
