On May 7, Yuanta Securities held the launch ceremony for its 'Future Growth TF' at the YSK Hall of its Yeouido headquarters, officially commencing the team's activities.

The 'Future Growth TF' (hereafter referred to as TF) is an organization led mainly by employees with less than ten years of experience at the company. The team is tasked with freely discovering management strategies and innovative ideas, which are then proposed to the executive leadership. Through an internal recruitment process, a total of 22 members were selected.

The TF is divided into three groups and, over the next five months, will focus on exploring various management issues and proposing ideas through open discussions on any topic, aiming to identify practical improvements. The results of these activities will be reported directly to the CEO, allowing members to participate in the company's decision-making process.

This TF launch is significant as it marks the starting point for actively incorporating the fresh perspectives of younger employees into the company's management strategy development process.

In particular, the TF includes a balanced mix of talent from various departments, such as sales (including retail, IB, and trading) and support (including planning, IT, and HR). These members are expected to propose creative management ideas that go beyond existing conventions and frameworks.

The launch ceremony was attended by CEO Luo Zhipeng, key executives, and all TF members, who shared operational directions and discussed plans for future activities.

Luo Zhipeng, CEO of Yuanta Securities, stated, "The creative ideas and spirit of challenge of our young employees are the driving force behind the company's growth," adding, "We will actively consider incorporating the ideas generated into management, and we will spare no effort in supporting TF members so they can grow into the company's core talent."

Starting with the 'Future Growth TF,' Yuanta Securities plans to strengthen communication with younger employees and continue providing systematic support to ensure that a variety of innovative ideas are reflected in actual management.
