Introduction of Apgujeong's Future Vision and Technological Expertise

On May 6, Samsung C&T announced that it has opened a private lounge, 'Apgujeong S.Lounge,' across from the Apgujeong apartment complex in an effort to win the Apgujeong reconstruction project.

Samsung C&T stated that, beyond simple brand promotion, it aims to share an innovative vision that elevates the prestige and status of this symbolic neighborhood to a new level.
The company provides information on differentiated technologies and business experience, including models and design outlines of its envisioned residential complexes, and presents its future vision through videos and presentations.
The space showcases Samsung C&T's technological expertise, including its successful construction of the world's tallest buildings?Burj Khalifa in the UAE (828 meters) and Merdeka 118 in Malaysia (679 meters)?as well as innovations such as Next Home and inter-floor noise reduction. Samsung C&T plans to incorporate these innovative technologies into future redevelopment projects as well.
Additionally, by engaging with visitors and listening to their opinions, the company plans to actively realize its symbolic vision of creating the 'world's greatest residential masterpiece.'
Samsung C&T is targeting the Apgujeong District 2 project, which is valued at 2.4 trillion won. The association is expected to announce the selection of a contractor as early as June, with a general meeting for contractor selection anticipated in September.
