On this day, Park attended the 'Square Grand Election Political Solidarity Emergency National Declaration' held in front of the main building of the National Assembly and said, "The 12·3 rebellion incident is not over yet," adding, "The military boots of Yoon Suk Yeol, which trampled on the constitutional order and democracy of the Republic of Korea, have only been replaced by the sword of the judiciary, aiming to destroy the presidential candidate Lee Jaemyung."
He further questioned, "The Supreme Court's remand ruling on candidate Lee Jaemyung's election law case was delivered with lightning speed in just nine days," and asked, "How is it possible to have read all 70,000 pages of case records in only two days?"
He continued, "Even legal scholars and sitting judges are stepping forward to criticize, saying, 'This is not a trial but politics,' and 'This was a hasty trial that abandoned fairness and neutrality,'" and added, "The stern command of the sovereign people for the end of the 12·3 rebellion and the normalization of the Republic of Korea is being trampled again by Chief Justice Cho Heedae's 5·1 judicial coup."
He went on to say, "Yoon Suk Yeol and the political prosecutors tried to destroy Lee Jaemyung through unreasonable investigations and indictments, but they failed. The People Power Party and far-right forces attempted to revive Yoon Suk Yeol through incitement and riots, but they also failed. Now, the Yoon Suk Yeol rebellion forces are colluding with parts of the judicial cartel to try to destroy the most prominent presidential candidate, Lee Jaemyung."
He also described it as "the last desperate struggle to thwart the revolution of light toward a new Republic of Korea," and declared, "The Democratic Party will mobilize all the powers it and the National Assembly possess to block the judicial coup and the agitation of the remnants of the rebellion."
The Square Grand Election Political Solidarity, which includes five opposition parties including the Democratic Party and civic groups, declared at the press conference that day, "Chief Justice Cho Heedae, who abetted the rebellion, must resign, and Han Ducksoo, an accomplice in the rebellion, must be punished," adding, "The sovereign citizens will fight to the end."
