According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 2nd, rain mixed with snow is expected in some areas of the high mountains of Gangwon (at altitudes above 1,000 meters), where temperatures will be low between early morning and morning on the 3rd.

The expected precipitation is as follows: 5 to 10 mm in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, the five West Sea Islands, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Ulleungdo and Dokdo, and Jeju; 5 to 20 mm in Sejong, northern Chungnam, central and northern Chungbuk, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk; and 5 to 30 mm in Daejeon, southern Chungnam, southern Chungbuk, Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam.

Morning lows are forecast to be between 7 and 13 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs ranging from 14 to 19 degrees Celsius.

Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at a 'good' level nationwide due to smooth atmospheric diffusion and the effects of precipitation.

Wave heights at sea are expected to be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea, and 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the coastal waters of the West and South Seas. In the offshore areas (within approximately 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East and West Seas, and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
