FSN, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on May 2 that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment capital increase to raise approximately 4 billion KRW for debt repayment and other purposes.
A total of 2,567,394 new common shares will be issued at 1,558 KRW per share. The third-party allottees are JVC Co., Ltd. (1,283,697 shares) and Alpha Plus Co., Ltd. (1,283,697 shares).
The company stated that the purpose of the third-party allotment is "debt repayment and operating funds to improve the financial structure."
