The model home for "Buksuwon Imok District The Atrium The Liche II (A3BL)", constructed by Daebang Construction, opened on Friday, April 30, and has officially begun sales, drawing significant attention as it continues to be crowded with visitors each day. The model home will remain open throughout the holiday period. Applications will begin with special supply on Wednesday, May 7, followed by first-priority applications on Thursday, May 8, and second-priority applications on Friday, May 9. The winners will be announced on Thursday, May 15. Applicants who have held a subscription savings account for more than one year and meet the regional and area-specific deposit requirements are eligible to apply for first-priority.

Inside the model home, exclusive 84sqm B and C types, as well as 84sqm C attic units (for select households), are on display. The units feature full-length windows and glass railings in the living rooms, providing a distinctive sense of openness with ceiling heights reaching up to approximately 2.6 meters (including tray ceilings).
