The volunteer group, composed of Kyobo Life Insurance employees, will support cultural and leisure experience activities for children and adolescents in need of social care, in collaboration with five regional child centers and three Kiwoom Centers in Jongno-gu, Seoul.

Kyobo Life Insurance plans to match each volunteer team with one child center or Kiwoom Center on a one-to-one basis, continuing volunteer activities for one year.

The volunteer group will regularly visit their designated centers to build rapport and foster close relationships with the children.

A key feature of the volunteer activities is that the programs are tailored to each center's needs, identified through prior surveys. Depending on each center's requests, a variety of activities have been prepared, ranging from physical activities such as skating lessons, baseball stadium visits, bowling experiences, and soccer classes, to emotional experiences such as gardening, cherry blossom outings, and pottery making.

On April 11, the volunteer group visited the Seongteo Regional Child Center in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and toured N Seoul Tower with about 10 children from the center. They shared stories about N Seoul Tower as they climbed Namsan and engaged in experiential activities to foster emotional connections.

Meanwhile, since 2002, Kyobo Life Insurance has operated the "Kyobo Dasomi Volunteer Group," composed of its employees. Under the vision of "growing together with the local community and realizing a healthy society," the company has been practicing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management.

A Kyobo Life Insurance representative stated, "We will continue to plan and promote various volunteer activities to expand educational and experiential opportunities for children in the local community," adding, "We will do our best to help future generations grow into healthy members of society."
