SK Securities Offers $20 for Online U.S. Treasury Investments

SK Securities announced on May 2 that it will hold an "Online U.S. Treasury Investment Event" until May 30.

This event targets non-face-to-face customers. Customers who make a net purchase of U.S. Treasuries worth at least $1,000 online will receive $20.

U.S. Treasuries are bonds issued by the U.S. government and are considered among the safest assets in the international financial market. The current credit ratings are Aaa by Moody's and AA+ by Fitch.

An SK Securities representative stated, "This event is designed to help individual investors access foreign currency bonds without burden and to broaden the base of investment," adding, "We hope it will be a good alternative for investors seeking global diversification."

In addition, the "Over-the-Counter Bond Purchase Event" held last month will also continue under the same conditions until May 30. Customers who make a net purchase of over-the-counter bonds worth at least 5 million KRW or short-term bonds worth at least 100 million KRW online will receive up to 300,000 KRW in department store gift certificates, depending on the amount purchased for each product.
