DB Life Insurance Earns Excellent Rating in 29th Insurance Policy Terms and Conditions Comprehension Assessment

"The Easier the Policy Terms and Brochures, the Higher the Rating"

DB Life Insurance announced on May 2 that it was the only company in the industry to receive an Excellent rating in the 29th Insurance Policy Terms and Conditions Comprehension Assessment.

The Insurance Policy Terms and Conditions Comprehension Assessment was introduced to improve the clarity of insurance policy terms and product brochures. The assessment is conducted twice a year, supervised by the Financial Services Commission and carried out by the Korea Insurance Development Institute.

In this assessment, the company received an Excellent rating for its product "(Mu) Baeknyeonchingu New-Alchago Haengbokhan Plus Whole Life Insurance (Partial Surrender Value Payment Type)." DB Life Insurance has received the Excellent rating the most in the industry, with a total of 14 times.

A DB Life Insurance representative stated, "We have consistently worked to enhance customers' understanding of policy terms, which led to us receiving the Excellent rating," adding, "We will continue to consider and improve from the customer's perspective to provide even clearer policy terms in the future."
