[Breaking] Daemyung Sono Sells Entire Air Premia Stake to Tirebank at 1,900 Won per Share

On May 2, Daemyung Sono Group announced that it had signed a contract to sell all shares of Air Premia held by JC Aviation No. 1 LLC (JC SPC), which is jointly owned with JC Partners, to Tirebank.
