'Seoul Youth Center Seongbuk' is a space that offers a variety of services to young people aged 19 to 39 who live or are active in Seongbuk-gu. Seongbuk-gu established the center to reflect the needs of approximately 130,000 local youths and plans to utilize it as a central hub for youth policy in the future.

The center has a total floor area of 418 square meters and consists of five above-ground floors. Its main facilities include a comprehensive counseling room for one-on-one customized consultations, meeting rooms and small group spaces that operate on a reservation basis, a video interview room equipped with cameras, microphones, and lighting, and an open lounge that can be freely used.

The programs focus on comprehensive counseling for youth in various fields such as employment, career, entrepreneurship, housing, and mental health. They also include the provision of policy information tailored to the needs of individual young people and support for community building. In particular, as a local specialized program, the center will offer career and employment services specifically for unemployed youth, young people in social blind spots, and those experiencing a decline in vitality.

The center is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Mayor Lee Seungro stated, "We will actively support Seoul Youth Center Seongbuk so that it can become a practical hub for youth policy," and added, "We will continue to do our best to make Seongbuk a youth-friendly city where young people can thrive."
