The Virtual Asset Crime Joint Investigation Unit at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office, led by Chief Prosecutor Park Geonuk, announced that at around 3:40 p.m. on the 30th, it had completed the search and seizure of the Acrovista residence and office in connection with the case involving Jeon's alleged violation of the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act. Prosecutors began the search and seizure at Acrovista at around 9 a.m., dispatching prosecutors and investigators to secure relevant materials, and concluded the operation after approximately six hours and forty minutes.

The scope of the search and seizure included the office of Covana Contents, formerly operated by Kim Keonhee, as well as the residences of two aides to Kim.

It has been reported that prosecutors withdrew after securing evidence such as Kim's mobile phone and a notepad during the search. The search and seizure warrant named Jeon and Yoon, a former global headquarters director of the Unification Church, as suspects for violating the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act. Kim Keonhee is reportedly involved in the case as a reference, not as a suspect.

Jeon and his family are suspected of leveraging their acquaintance with former President Yoon and Kim Keonhee to become involved in candidate nominations and personnel solicitations. Last year, during searches of Jeon's temple and residence, prosecutors reportedly secured hundreds of business cards belonging to executives of large corporations, political figures, legal professionals, and police officials.

Prosecutors have also uncovered indications that Kim Keonhee received not only an expensive diamond necklace but also luxury bags and ginseng from a former high-ranking official of the Unification Church through Jeon, and are currently tracking the whereabouts of these items.

Additionally, prosecutors are also investigating allegations that Jeon operated a secret campaign camp in Yangjae-dong, Seoul, for former President Yoon.
