DYD announced on April 30 that it has convened an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. The company stated that, following the complete spin-off from Sambu Construction, it will focus in earnest on the bio sector by recruiting additional bio experts.
On January 31, DYD completed a major management reshuffle by appointing new board members at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. At that time, representatives from Sambu Construction inquired about the relationship between the new executives and the company, and DYD clarified its position by stating that it has no association whatsoever with Sambu Construction.
The company added that the list of newly appointed board members will be disclosed in a future announcement.
