Gwangju Transportation Corporation (President Cho Ikmoon) announced on the 30th that it held the "2025 Integrity Policy Report Meeting and Commitment Declaration Ceremony" at its headquarters in Mareuk-dong, Seo-gu, on the 28th to establish a transparent public service culture.


At the event, President Cho Ikmoon and key executives jointly read the integrity commitment declaration, shared department-specific autonomous policy initiatives, and discussed improvement measures, reaffirming their determination to practice company-wide ethical management.


The corporation has maintained its status as a model of integrity, having been selected as an excellent institution for five consecutive years in the "Comprehensive Integrity Assessment of Public Institutions" conducted annually by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission. This year, the corporation plans to actively implement effective policies, including strengthening responses to improper solicitations, holding integrity communication meetings, and operating a mobile integrity task force.


A corporation official stated, "We expect this declaration ceremony to serve as an opportunity to further enhance the ethical awareness of all employees," and added, "We will continue our efforts to become a trusted public enterprise among local residents."


Meanwhile, as the chair institution of the "Bitgaram Integrity Practice Network," which consists of 25 organizations in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions, the corporation is working to revitalize the regional integrity network by monitoring recent anti-corruption policy trends, sharing best practices in integrity by organization, and discussing areas for improvement.
