AI technology company CrowdWorks announced on April 30 that it successfully concluded its AI conference, held on April 29 at the InterContinental Parnas Hotel in Samseong-dong, Seoul, under the theme "Real-World Enterprise AI."
The event was organized to share practical strategies and case studies for effectively designing and operating AI in actual corporate environments and integrating it into business. Over 100 AI practitioners from major domestic companies, including those in the finance and IT sectors as well as public institutions, attended, demonstrating strong interest.
CrowdWorks presented a variety of sessions focused on topics that companies are actively considering in the field, including: strategies for introducing and efficiently operating agentic AI; methods for evaluating AI models; and corporate training strategies in the AX era.
In his welcome address, CEO Kim Wooseung emphasized, "AI technology has entered a stage where it creates real value in business, but its adoption and operation in the field are never simple." He added, "Securing high-quality data to train high-performance AI models is the key to successful AI projects."
CTO Yang Suyeol explained, "The biggest challenges in adopting generative AI are the risks of data leakage, AI bias, and efficient cost management (ROI)." He further stated, "In particular, companies are highly interested in and concerned about cost optimization from a sustainability perspective." He added, "CrowdWorks' agentic AI solution, 'Alpy,' supports cost optimization and efficient management through the latest multi-LLM models and prompt engineering, and provides highly reliable data-based models to help solve a variety of corporate problems."
CBO Hwang Suho added, "Going forward, the key point will be discussions on role differentiation for managing AI model performance and quality from an enterprise-wide perspective." He suggested, "AI models produced within an organization should be managed as enterprise assets, and a central organization should be established."
Through the conference, CrowdWorks solidified its role and expertise as a 'trusted AI partner,' covering everything from AI data and customized agentic AI service development to model evaluation and AI training.
