InterX and Jsolution Make Remarkable Achievements
Bluesys Holds 20 Export Consultations
Local manufacturing artificial intelligence (AI) companies are achieving tangible results, such as expanding into overseas markets and winning project contracts, thanks to Daegu City's focused support policies for the ABB industry.
Through Daegu City's initiative to establish a manufacturing AI convergence base, Computermate Co., Ltd., which is participating in the development and demonstration of manufacturing AI solutions, recently signed a contract with an Indonesian manufacturing company to build a smart factory (MES) integrated system.
The contract is valued at $3.3 million, marking the largest project that Computermate has secured through direct export.
The system is designed to enable data-driven decision-making and proactive quality control by integrating AI-based manufacturing technology into a real-time integrated management system covering production, quality, logistics, and materials. This allows for real-time defect prediction, quality analysis, and process automation.
Going forward, the company plans to accelerate its entry into the Southeast Asian market by supplying smart factory solutions to various industries such as semiconductors, automobiles, electronics, and textiles, leveraging its accumulated experience.
In addition, Daegu City recently participated in the world's largest industrial exhibition, Hannover Messe 2025, held in Hannover, Germany, together with local companies. This provided an opportunity to showcase the region's advanced manufacturing AI technologies and strengthen cooperation with overseas organizations and companies.
InterX Co., Ltd. introduced manufacturing-specialized generative AI solutions and hardware-integrated autonomous manufacturing solutions. The company also engaged in in-depth discussions on global manufacturing technologies with the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany, attracting significant interest from related companies and visitors.
In particular, the exhibition booth was designed to allow visitors to directly observe and experience the operation of technologies such as mini press process demonstrations and on-device AI cameras, thereby enhancing visitors' understanding and trust in the technology.
Jsolution Co., Ltd. unveiled an AI solution for predicting equipment failures in industrial sites in advance.
During the exhibition, the company held consultations with more than 30 overseas companies regarding solution adoption and technological collaboration, and plans to expand cooperation and market entry with global hardware manufacturers in robotics, drones, and equipment.
Bluesys Co., Ltd. achieved more than 20 export consultations at the exhibition, including collaboration on manufacturing data-based equipment development with the cheese production equipment company Agathangelou, and discussions on utilizing AI-based supply chain management for decentralized manufacturing ecosystems with T-system and Amazon. The company also agreed to pursue mutual cooperation with Gaia-X, which is leading the 'Industry 4.0 Data Ecosystem' standards in Europe.
Choi Woonbaek, Director of Future Innovation Growth at Daegu City, stated, "It has been proven that the outstanding technological capabilities of local companies fostered through Daegu City's ABB industry support policies are recognized overseas as well. We will continue to actively support local companies in expanding into international markets."
