The Office of Education and the Teachers' Union stated their shared goal of establishing a foundation that allows teachers to focus on educational activities in a safe and stable environment through this round of negotiations. In particular, they expressed their ambition to realize 'Glocal Jeonnam Education' by reflecting teachers' voices in policy and fostering coexistence and cooperation between labor and management.

Kim Sinan, head of the Jeonnam Teachers' Labor Union, emphasized, "Jeonnam has the highest teacher attrition rate in the country due to its geographical characteristics and challenging environment. Through these negotiations, we will not only improve teachers' working conditions but also create an environment that allows them to focus on educational activities."

Moon Taehong, Director of Policy at the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education, said, "This policy council is a valuable opportunity to understand the difficulties faced in the educational field and to enhance the quality of Jeonnam's education policies. Through open educational administration, we will continue to communicate and cooperate to create an educational environment where the entire educational community can be happy."
