Customer Satisfaction Survey on Civil Service Administration... Measuring the Level of Customer Satisfaction
Park Seongho, Head of the Authority: "Providing Better Administrative Services Through Satisfaction Survey"

The Busanjin-Hae Economic Free Zone Authority (headed by Park Seongho) will conduct a "Customer Satisfaction Survey on Civil Service Administration" to improve civil complaint satisfaction and enhance civil service quality.


This survey will run until July 22, targeting time-bound civil complaints that are received and processed during the survey period.


Civil complaint visitors to the office can respond to the survey using a QR code placed at the entrance, while non-face-to-face complainants will be able to assess their satisfaction through a mobile text message service.


The survey consists of five items: ▲kindness ▲ease of use ▲simplicity of processing ▲expertise ▲overall satisfaction. The results, which will be analyzed after measuring the level of civil service administration and collecting customer feedback, will be used as basic data to establish future directions for customer satisfaction-oriented administration.


Park Seongho, the head of the authority, stated, "We will do our utmost to diagnose the level of civil complaint satisfaction and customer needs using the survey results, so that we can provide even better administrative services."
