Busan's Famous Pizza Spot "Lee Jaemo Pizza" Opens First Popup at Connect Hyundai Busan

Hyundai Department Store announced on April 28 that it will open a popup store for the popular Busan pizza restaurant "Lee Jaemo Pizza" on the second basement floor of Connect Hyundai Busan branch until the 10th of next month. This is the first time that Lee Jaemo Pizza has entered a distribution company. The popup store will not operate on the 4th of next month.

Lee Jaemo Pizza, which opened in 1992, is a representative local restaurant in the Busan area. It is famous on social media as a "pizza place where people line up to eat." Its signature Cheese Crust Pizza is renowned for its authenticity, as both the dough and crust are generously filled with fresh Imsil cheese, never skimping on ingredients.

At this popup store, customers can enjoy signature pizzas such as Lee Jaemo Cheese Crust (29,000 won, L), Shrimp Pizza (32,000 won, L), Bulgogi Pizza (32,000 won, L), Potato Pizza (30,000 won, L), and Pepperoni Pizza (31,000 won, L).

According to Hyundai Department Store, the popup store was secured after repeated efforts to persuade Lee Jaemo Pizza. Lee Jaemo Pizza had previously declined offers from various distribution companies, adhering to its management philosophy of "becoming a brand that protects the local community rather than focusing on profit." However, after more than a year of ongoing proposals and communication from Hyundai Department Store, the company agreed to open its first popup store with a nationwide distributor at Connect Hyundai Busan branch.
