This year marks the 15th edition of the event, which is the only participatory festival of its kind in the country where visitors can experience motorsports firsthand through activities such as drifting, gymkhana, and off-road experiences. The festival is hosted by Boryeong City and organized by Ajou Motor College, a university specializing in automotive studies.

Toyota Motor Korea signed an agreement for the Toyota Technical Education Program (T-TEP) with Ajou Motor College in 2020, and has continued its collaboration through initiatives such as establishing an electrification education academy and donating training vehicles and parts.

During the festival, Toyota Motor Korea will set up a space at the Toyota Gazoo Racing booth where visitors can experience its motorsports heritage firsthand. The GR lineup, including the GR Supra Stock Car, GR Supra, and GR86, as well as vehicles that participated in the Prius PHEV class, will be on display.

This year, the number of test drive programs has been significantly expanded. There will be a program offering ride-along off-road experiences in the Lexus flagship SUV, the LX 700h. On the on-road course, participants can directly drive Lexus electrified models such as the LX 700h, RX 450h+, RX 500h, and NX 450h+ along the coastal road near Daecheon Beach.

Lee Byungjin, Vice President of Toyota Motor Korea, said, "This is a valuable opportunity for a wide range of consumers to experience motorsports easily and enjoyably," adding, "We will continue our efforts to popularize motorsports and invigorate the local community."
