Since last year, Lina Life Insurance has been operating the Document ZERO Claim service, which enables customers to claim insurance benefits without having to issue separate paper documents such as hospitalization certificates, surgery certificates, or dental treatment certificates.
With this service, customers can claim insurance benefits through a simple identity verification process on their mobile devices, without the need to obtain and submit documents from the hospital to the insurer. All necessary medical documents are sent directly from the hospital to Lina Life Insurance.
By using the Document ZERO service, customers no longer need to go through the complicated process of obtaining documents from the hospital, taking photos, and submitting them for insurance claims. This also eliminates the inconvenience of forgetting to obtain documents after treatment or having to revisit the hospital to get additional documents required after submitting a claim.
Since the required documents for insurance claims are sent directly from the hospital to Lina Life Insurance, the time needed to process insurance payments is also shortened. Partner medical institutions can expect increased operational efficiency by reducing the time spent issuing documents.
The Document ZERO service is currently partnered with about 20,000 medical institutions nationwide. Hospitals offering this service can be found on the Lina Life Insurance website under the "Document ZERO Claim Service" section.
A Lina Life Insurance representative stated, "The Document ZERO Claim service was developed after much consideration on how to minimize customer inconvenience. We will continue to expand our partnerships with more hospitals. In line with our slogan, 'Focus Only on You,' Lina Life Insurance will keep striving to provide essential services and insurance experiences that truly meet our customers' needs."
