Season 3 Launch Event... Promotion to Guess the New Main Character Character Quiz
K Bank is launching the third season of its "Curious Savings" product, featuring beloved Disney characters, in collaboration with the global entertainment company Walt Disney Company Korea.
On April 28, K Bank announced that it would hold a pre-launch notification promotion ahead of the start of the third story of "Curious Savings."
"Curious Savings" is a one-month maturity savings product that offers a random daily interest rate and a new story each day upon deposit. The product operates in a seasonal format, with each season featuring a different story. Since its initial launch in November 2024, seasons 1 and 2 starred the popular MZ generation character DinoTang’s Quokka and friends.
Season 3, set to open on May 12, will present a new story featuring popular Disney characters through a collaboration with Disney Korea. Until the day before the launch, K Bank will run a quiz and notification sign-up promotion on its app, where users can guess the next main character.
On the promotion page, participants can see five hints about the new main character. By submitting the correct answer to the quiz and clicking the "Sign Up for Open Notification" button, they will be entered into the event.
Among those who correctly guess the main character for season 3, 300 winners will be selected by lottery to receive a three-month Disney+ Standard subscription as a prize.
Additionally, among quiz participants who sign up for Curious Savings season 3, 40 people will be selected by lottery to receive special prizes. Customers who participate in the quiz and sign up for season 3 within two weeks of its launch will be automatically entered.
All customers who submit a quiz answer will receive a notification on May 12, the day season 3 launches.
The minimum daily deposit for Curious Savings is 100 KRW, and the maximum is 50,000 KRW. By making deposits every day for 31 days and receiving a random daily interest rate ranging from a minimum of 0.1% per annum to a maximum of 1.0% per annum, customers can earn up to 7.2% per annum, including a base rate of 1.2% per annum. This product offers one of the highest interest rates among one-month maturity savings products in the industry and has attracted over 400,000 cumulative sign-ups, driven by its unique features that spark customer curiosity.
