Location Map of Apartment Project Approvals
to Be Posted on the Website Starting May 1
Starting from May 1, 2025, Ulsan City will provide a location map that allows citizens to easily view the status of apartment complex project approvals.
The information is organized by district and county, and includes details such as the project operator, location, and number of units.
According to the prepared location map, a total of 116 sites have received project approval, amounting to approximately 50,000 units.
By region, Namgu has 51 sites with about 17,000 units, Ulju-gun has 25 sites with about 13,000 units, Junggu has 22 sites with about 15,000 units, Bukgu has 13 sites with about 5,000 units, and Donggu has 5 sites with about 1,000 units.
Among these sites, some are currently under construction, while many others are in the preparation stage for groundbreaking after receiving project approval.
For more detailed information, inquiries can be made to the housing permit department of the relevant district or county office.
The provided data can be accessed on the Ulsan City website > By Sector (Construction/Housing/Land) > Housing Permits > Housing Administration Information, and will be updated quarterly to provide the latest information.
An official from Ulsan City stated, "We will do our best to provide information so that citizens preparing to purchase a home can compare various sizes of apartments in their desired area and choose customized living spaces."
